Working with founder led brands and start-ups is challenging (always) but there’s nothing more satisfying than being on that journey to growth, helping new businesses to succeed in e-commerce.

Philosophy

Transparency trumps everything. Too many businesses have terrible marketing agency tales to tell. At best agencies have over-promised and under-delivered, at worst they’ve run ads in an account that is not set up by or owned by the business.

There’s a limit to how many clients or projects a freelancer can handle. And, clients leave if a freelancer doesn’t deliver. There’s nowhere to hide and nor should there be.

A freelancer is a member of the team, just not ‘employed’. Celebrating highs, openly discussing challenges. Working together is always stronger.

Having reviewed hundreds of ad accounts, campaigns and websites what’s usually missing is expertise. A good freelancer bases their fees on the time needed - they don’t ‘farm’ work out to less experienced (let’s be honest, cheaper) people, they do it themselves.

No overheads or profit targets just a fair cost for the expertise and time needed. Fees as a % of advertising spend is simply wrong.
