I work with founder-led e-commerce brands and start-ups to drive growth predominantly through new customer acquisition.

As a freelancer I can only support a small client base, campaigns need to perform.

I love working with entrepreneurs. Yes they are demanding (and dream of silver bullets) but they always challenge you. Smaller brands don’t have big budgets to waste, with start-ups there’s no data or test history - it takes creativity and a close eye on the numbers.

As part of the team I share ideas outside of my remit. Advice is always free and I am completely transparent about what is performing, or what we’ve understood from a test.

No agency overheads, no corporate politics, just good work for passionate people.

P.S Why ‘Eighty Twenty’? I didn’t want to use my name and the 80/20 rule resonates with me every single day. Don’t sweat the small stuff.
